StorySmith collects account information, writing-profile information, service activity, billing identifiers, and creative content needed to provide the platform.

Raw payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by StorySmith. AI activity logs avoid storing private creative content beyond what is necessary for request status and debugging.

Monitored profiles are transparent: writers are shown that monitoring is enabled. Private profile creative content is not exposed to account owners through parent tools.

Administrative access is logged and appears in account transparency history when impersonation tools are used.
